Brittney Smith

Hi I'm Brittney. 

 I am a Outgoing , Creative, Fast learning , pet enthusiast. Oh yeah, and I work as a Scenic Artist, most of the time in the film and television industry.

I have always been a creative person, when I was a child I would doodle on the sides of the page instead of doing my homework.

I did win a couple art awards as a child so I think my fate was sealed from a young age, I was destined to become a Artist.

 When I was little, I dreamed of one day working for Disney Animation studios.  I went to school for visual arts and classical animation in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  Upon finishing my diploma, I was offered an internship for an animation company in Vancouver and moved in 2015.  To be honest, I had a difficult time working on the computer all day - - unfortunately it just wasn’t for me.  I sought out a more ‘hands-on’ career and by happenstance met someone who worked for the ‘International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees’ (I.A.T.S.E.) union.  I applied and was called to work on my first production, which just so happened to be a Disney production.  My dream of working for Disney came true.  Since then, I have worked on a over 40 productions in Film and Television and have become a master at my craft.
